Chants and texts for the feast of St Martin of Tours (November 11)

As the Liber Responsorialis does not provide many of the Matins chants for this feast, the list below identifies the sources I've been able to locate for them.  Note that I've generally provided the Nocturnale Romanum (NR) page listing as the default, but alternative sources for the responsories (as well as videos of recordings of them) can be found via the links.
