Dicit Mater Jesu ad illum - St Joseph, spouse no 10

R. Dicit Mater Jesu ad illum: Fili, quid fecísti nobis sic? * Ecce pater tuus et ego doléntes quærebámus te. V. Et ait ad illos: Quid est, quod me quærebátis? nesciebátis, quia in his quæ Patris mei sunt, oportet me esse? R. Ecce pater tuus et ego doléntes quærebámus te.

R. The Mother of Jesus said unto Him Son, why hast Thou thus dealt with us? * Behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing. V. And He said unto them: How is it that ye sought Me? Wist ye not that I must be about My Father's business? R. Behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing.
