R. Appáruit / Deus Iacob, et benedíxit eum, et dixit: † Ego sum Deus Bethel, ubi unxísti lápidem, et votum vovísti mihi:* Créscere te fáciam, et multiplicábo te V. Vere Dóminus est in loco isto, et ego nesciébam. R. Créscere te fáciam, et multiplicábo te.

R. God appeared unto Jacob, and blessed him, and said I am the God of Bethel, where thou anointedst the pillar, and where thou vowedst a vow unto Me. * I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee.
