In principio creavit Deus...Formidavit - Septuagesima Sunday no 1

R. In princípio / creávit Deus cælum, et terram, † et fecit in ea hóminem, * Ad imáginem et similitúdinem suam.
V. Formávit ígitur Deus hóminem de limo terræ, † et inspirávit in fáciem eius spiráculum vitae.
R. Ad imáginem et similitúdinem suam.
R. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth, wherein He made man also * After His own image and likeness.
V. So God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his face the breath of life.
