Noë, adduxit spíritum super terram, † et imminútæ sunt aquæ: * Et prohíbitæ
sunt pluviæ de cælis.
V. Reversæque
sunt aquæ de terra euntes et redeuntes, † et cœpérunt mínui post centum
quinquagínta dies.
R. Et prohíbitæ
sunt pluviæ de cælis.

Patri, et Fílio, et Spirítui Sancto.

R. The Lord remembered Noah, and
made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters assuaged, * And the rain
from heaven was restrained.
V. And the waters returned from off
the earth continually, and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the
waters were abated.
R. And the rain from heaven was
restrained.
V. Glory be to the Father, and to
the Son, and to the Holy Ghost.
