The 1962 Monastic Breviary provides two options for the responsories - a set specific to the feast, or those from the Office of a confessor bishop doctor.
Unfortunately I have only been able to locate the chant for one of the responsories specific to the feast, Gregorius praesul (in the Processionale Monasticum pg 140), and so have instead provided those from the Common for the feast.
If anyone can assist me with the missing responsories, please do let me know.
There are four specific to the feast in the Hartker MSS which can be found here: Gregofacsimil. None of these are used in the modern feast however, nor are any of the 1962 responsories on the Cantus Database.
The Liber Responsorialis does however provide the hymn specific to the feast, Anglorum jam apostolus, on page 434.
