R. Qui regni / claves et curam tradit ovílis * Qui caeli terrǽque Petro

V. Ipse tua Petre iussit vincula solvi qui te mundanos constituit solvere
nexus.

R. And I will give to
thee the keys and hand over care of the flock,* He who committed heaven and
earth to Peter, to open that which is shut and to loose what is bound.
V. He himself gave you
the power O Peter to loosen the chains which bind together those ruled by
worldly things.
