Chants for the feast of St Andrew (30 November) - updated

As the feast of St Andrew is not available in the Liber Responsorialis (LR), the notes below list out sources for the chants for Matins (chants for the day hours can be found in the Antiphonale Monasticum). 

Most of the chants can be found in the Nocturnale Romanum (NR) - images of the missing antiphons are provided below.  I haven't been able to locate published and edited sources for all of the responsories, so please do let me know if you know of one!
